The KEY team are all school or local authority senior managers whose experiences cover all areas of education from early years to post 16, from learning & teaching to school organisation and from the individual learners needs to Government policies.  They have worked on over 60 BSF/PPP/PFI projects and collectively have over 600 years experience in education.  It is the policy of KEY to employ only those individuals who are passionate about education and unlocking the potential of learners.  Many associates are still actively involved in schools.
