Peter has extensive experience of capital project development, procurement and delivery with experience of conventionally funded and PFI projects. He was a Local Authority Officer and Head of Faculty. He brings this wealth of knowledge to the team and is driven by the goal of improving the opportunities we can offer our young people so that they can lead fulfilling lives.

Background

- a large number of public sector clients including individual schools, local authorities and Dioceses and
- private sector clients including contractors and other consultants on BSF, PFI and conventional capital projects
- LA experience includes five and a half years as PFI Project Manager leading the delivery of the LA's first group schools PFI project and subsequently leading the largest schools PFI project delivered in England with a capital value of £130 million
- Sixteen years Local Authority experience in a variety of roles but principally in capital programme planning, procurement and delivery
- Six years as a teacher in a large comprehensive school becoming Head of Business Studies
- Degree in economics followed by four years working in the private sector
