Peter Young
Peter is a senior leading educationalist who has also been a highly successful secondary Headteacher for 16 years at a college that won national awards for raising educational standards. He brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our team, in particular, with School Improvement Planning and Partnering.

- a real commitment to raising standards within our schools and colleges to improve the life chances of our young people
- experience of the leadership of a successful school that achieved national recognition for it’s innovative curriculum and pastoral system
- acted as a mentor to newly appointed headteachers and was seconded for a time to work with a school “in difficulties”
- experience of the day to day management of a large on site Leisure Centre
- held non-executive directorships for a Holiday firm as well as an Educational Charity
- worked with the Specialist College Trust in provision of local specialist conferences as well as serving on their national Vocational committee
- an international perspective on educational issues following study visits to Russia India Sweden the USA and more recently to Shanghai, China
