Mary Webster

Mary is the founder and Managing Director of KEY Educational Associates who drives our vision “working together to raise educational achievement for all”. Mary’s strategy links with her commitment and passion for learning and education.

She was a highly successful Deputy Head and acting Headteacher in three large secondary schools and also led her school through a new build PFI project.

Background
  • Teaching for 17 years in both academic and challenging schools
  • 10 years in senior management at three different secondary schools, one of which was a client in the first PFI scheme in Hillingdon, Middlesex
  • Worked alongside a number of private construction companies as an education advisor for some of the very earliest PPP bids for new-build schools
  • To date involved in over 60 PPP projects around the UK
  • In 2001 founded the education consultancy KEY, recruiting only highly successful and high calibre headteachers, senior managers and educationalists with specialist skills and knowledge
