Visioning

KEY works with individual schools to facilitate their visioning process for BSF and transformation of education. We work closely with the architects to ensure effective communication when we assist the school in turning their educational vision into a design brief and accommodation schedule.

KEY tailors its approach to this process to suit the needs and skills of individual schools. We recognise the importance of working within existing school development structures as well as providing innovative solutions. A number of our associates are School Improvement Partners (SIP’s).

KEY works with local authorities, senior leadership teams, the staff and all the students as appropriate. We run workshops with all stakeholders, including working with the whole school community.
